Project Overview

The original homeowner had left the property to a family member, who decided to rent it out. Unfortunately, a fire accident severely damaged the house, leaving the family unsure of what to do next. We stepped in to help them understand their options. After analyzing the property, we identified something valuable: the lot was large enough to be subdivided. This opened up possibilities they hadn't considered. We helped them sell part of the property to a developer and the other portion to an investor who renovated the fire-damaged structure into new construction. Our client, the developer, was able to purchase the vacant lot, complete the subdivision process, and build a beautiful single-family home. Through our real estate broker affiliation, we then helped them sell the newly constructed home at full market value. What started as a crisis became a success story for everyone involved.
