I didn't stumble into real estate—I built my way here. Born in Ecuador, raised in New York, I earned my degree in Political Science from Queens College and spent years in finance running a multi-million dollar department and closing investment sales and mortgage deals. That world taught me how to read numbers, move fast, structure deals, and never leave money on the table—and I brought every bit of that energy into real estate.

I founded Keystone Pinnacle Property Advisors because I saw a gap: people needed an advisor who actually understands the investment side, not just someone who can unlock a front door. I buy properties, redevelop them, and manage rentals—I'm in the game the same way my clients are. That's not a talking point, that's my life.

Whether it's a first-time buyer who needs a strategy, a seller who wants top dollar, a builder looking to sell new construction, or a complex deal involving an estate, distressed property, or inherited home—I bring the same thing every time: analysis, real experience, and the kind of honesty that makes people trust me with their biggest financial decisions. I also help builders and investors find the right lots to develop, guiding them from land acquisition through to final sale.

Outside of deals and closings, I coach young people and adults on personal development because at the end of the day, this business is about helping people level up—and I take that seriously.
